Energy Efficiency Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our team at The JPI Group. As an Energy Efficiency Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients reduce their energy consumption and lower their carbon footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site energy assessments to identify energy-saving opportunities.
  • Install energy-efficient devices and equipment to reduce energy consumption.
  • Educate clients on energy-saving strategies and promote utility rebate programs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement energy efficiency plans.
  • Track data and report findings to clients and management.
  • Maintain professionalism and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with the team to improve processes and share best practices.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience in energy efficiency, HVAC, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and data entry skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform light physical tasks.
