EvergreenHealth is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing skilled care to patients requiring speech therapy services in the home.
The ideal candidate will have recent clinical experience in a medical/surgical unit, rehab, or home health setting and be licensed to practice Speech Language in Washington State.
As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and caregivers to promote maximal functional status and provide educational information to address knowledge deficits or needs regarding the patient's condition.
