Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, the ability to train team members, and a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with computerized cash registers and cash handling is essential. We seek someone who embodies self-assurance, fostering the success of their colleagues, along with exceptional time and personnel management capabilities.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with the Store Manager to ensure team success through effective training and development.
  • Creating a supportive and positive work atmosphere for both team members and customers.
  • Assisting staff in fulfilling their roles accurately and efficiently across various departments.
  • Monitoring scheduling needs, theft prevention, and inventory management while executing merchandising tasks.
  • Ensuring product availability, freshness, and overall store cleanliness.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service through genuine compassion and a willingness to assist.
  • Completing daily tasks that may involve prolonged standing, as well as repetitive lifting and bending.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned throughout the store.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

  • Full-time availability required, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work Saturdays.
  • Compensation ranges from $14 to $17 per hour, depending on experience.
