Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Create a welcoming experience for all guests, engage with them in a genuine way, and provide assistance to resolve any issues they may have.
  • Merchandise Management: Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store, and ensure that the sales floor is zoned, in stock, and accurately signed for guests.
  • Inventory Management: Process all inbound deliveries, complete backroom fills, and maintain backroom and fixture room organization.
  • Operational Excellence: Execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals, and maintain a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
