Key Responsibilities- Coordinate educational initiatives and ensure instructor coverage for scheduled classes
- Facilitate sessions of complex programs and less complicated courses
- Prepare assessment materials, coordinate examinations, and evaluation tools
- Maintain adequate inventory of training equipment and materials for classes
- Implement customer-centered service improvements and facilitate curriculum development
- Participate in the development of educational materials and coordinate instructor evaluations
- NYS Emergency Medical Technician Certification, required
- NYS Paramedic Certification, highly preferred
- Associate's Degree, preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 1 year of relevant experience, required
