About the Role

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Deer Park, California.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct treatment programs to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions.
  • Serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice required.
  • CPR or BLS certification required.
Compensation:

$10,000 incentive available. Our competitive salary range is estimated at $110,000 per year based on location and experience.
