Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Stanford Sierra Youth & Families. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide education and training to families and caregivers on behavioral strategies and techniques
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, social work, or education
  • At least 4 years of approved experience in a related field, or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 6 years of approved experience
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
