About the Role

We're seeking an experienced front-of-house operations manager to join our team. As a Maitre D' Host, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring the front of house and guest lounge meet Squeeze standards, and resolving guest issues.

You'll be the face of our brand, providing a warm and friendly welcome to our guests, and ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Requirements
  • 1+ year in retail, preferably technology or front-desk, service-related experience
  • Proven track record in delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with Zendesk preferred
