Job Summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our clinical development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute clinical trial strategies to meet business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of clinical trials
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, CROs, and regulatory agencies
  • Provide clinical development expertise to support business growth and expansion
Requirements
  • MD or equivalent degree with relevant experience in clinical development
  • At least 11 years of experience in clinical development, with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical trial design
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed
