Otolaryngology Opportunity in Clive, Iowa
  • Clinical Responsibilities:
    • We encourage referrals for this position and offer competitive referral bonuses.
    • Ideal candidates will possess high energy levels, excellent clinical expertise, and effective communication skills. The role includes inpatient duties.
    • All ENT specialists are required to perform surgical procedures, thus candidates must be proficient and willing to engage in surgeries.
    • Support Structure: 1:1 Nursing Support/Physician Nurse Ratio
    • Ancillary Staff per Provider: 1:1
    • Exam Rooms per Provider: 2-3
    • Laboratory Services: Available
    • Pharmacy Services: Available
    • Daily Patient Volume: 30 or more
    • Electronic Medical Records: Allscripts and Cerner
    • Join a team of 5 Physicians
    • Participate in a community-wide call schedule for weekend coverage and one night per week call for the practice.
    • Access to a built-in referral network
    • On-site Audiology services recently expanded
    • Shared revenue Hearing Aid Center
    • Scheduled OR time
    • Potential for ownership in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
    • Teaching opportunities available
    • Open to both new graduates and experienced professionals
