Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Employee Benefits (EB) Sales Enablement Specialist to support our sales team in acquiring and retaining customers for employee benefits products. The specialist will provide sales support through lead generation, sales training, product knowledge, and sales collateral development.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and project management skills are also required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

This role requires creating and managing client-facing communications to ensure effective and consistent messaging across all client touchpoints. The specialist will work closely with the sales team to deliver impactful communications to clients, prospective clients, and members.

Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Collateral Development: Create sales collateral such as external presentations, brochures, case studies, Benefits Guides, and sale scripts that effectively communicate the benefits of the employee benefits products to potential clients.
  2. Sales Support: Provide day-to-day support for the sales team by assisting with client meetings, preparing proposals and quotes, Requests for Proposals, and addressing client inquiries or concerns.
  3. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze sales data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
