We are seeking an Automotive Technology Expert to join our team as a Subaru Delivery Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the success of our sales department by providing top-notch customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the face of Subaru's Love Encore program
  • Assist the Sales department with customer technology questions
  • Prepare and inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure they are ready for customers
  • Help customers personalize their vehicle technology settings
  • Perform detailed deliveries to customers, explaining the proper operation of vehicle features and resources available to them
  • Schedule first Service appointments
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, addressing and answering questions to ensure satisfaction
  • Support the Service department with customer technology inquiries on the service drive

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, plus bonuses, paid vacation, PTO, and holidays.
