Join Our Cybersecurity Team as an Intern in our expanding offices. We are looking for motivated individuals to be part of our Cybersecurity and InfoAssurance team, which provides vital support across our Audit, Tax, and Advisory practice areas. This role involves delivering IT Audit, consulting, and compliance services in critical areas such as:
- Cybersecurity Risk and Gap Evaluations
- Technical Cybersecurity Assessments
- Compliance with frameworks such as CMMC, NIST, ISO 27001/27002, and more
- AICPA Cybersecurity Risk Management Framework
Key Responsibilities:
As an InfoAssurance and Cybersecurity Intern, you will assist in conducting technology, cybersecurity, privacy, and general control audit/advisory engagements, along with technical cybersecurity evaluations. Under the guidance of the Cybersecurity/Risk Accounting & Advisory Services (RAAS) Manager and Partner, your role will include:
- Supporting the creation of comprehensive work papers that align with the firm's standards and contributing to report drafting
- Identifying and communicating findings to leadership
- Maintaining a strong client focus by understanding business needs and fostering productive relationships with client personnel
- Exhibiting strong project management capabilities, multitasking skills, and attention to detail
Engagement in Cyber Services:
- Cybersecurity Readiness Evaluations
- Vulnerability Assessments
- Penetration Testing
- Incident Response Strategies
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance Examinations
Qualifications:
- Current juniors or seniors pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or Mathematics
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
- Genuine interest in technology risk management and IT governance principles
- A willingness to pursue relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CISA, CISSP)
