Avera St. Luke's/Mother Joseph Manor Retirement Community is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral hygiene, and personal hygiene.
  • Perform transfers on assigned residents, utilizing gait belts and other lifts, following guidelines outlined in the resident's plan of care.
  • Provide companionship and develop relationships with residents and families.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay, with a 10% pay increase for evening/night shifts.
  • No experience required, with paid on-the-job training and certification provided.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
