Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in tire, auto parts/repair, Lube Express, or facilities maintenance
  • At least 2 years of experience managing operations with annual sales exceeding $1 million
  • 2+ years of experience interpreting and managing budgets and P&L statements
  • 2+ years of experience supervising and training a team of 5-10 employees
  • Proven track record of safety compliance
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Capability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly
  • Intermediate proficiency in PC applications including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
