Position Summary:

As a Costumed Beverage Server, you will significantly enhance the guest experience by delivering outstanding service in a lively and engaging atmosphere. Your role involves serving beverages with flair, captivating guests through your enthusiasm and charm. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, creativity, and the ability to fully embrace the themed environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create an enjoyable and entertaining atmosphere.
  • Welcome guests with prompt and friendly service, adopting a stage persona.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction, beverage quality, and cleanliness.
  • Possess knowledge of drinks, ingredients, and pricing.
  • Take orders, serve beverages, explain preparation methods, and inform guests of specials.
  • Verify guest identification and manage responsible drinking.
  • Record orders and process payments.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Review procedures to enhance service, performance, and safety.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide information to supervisors, colleagues, and guests.
  • Perform administrative duties and maintain records.
  • Ensure uniforms are clean and promote teamwork.
  • Exhibit excellent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to policies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
  • Must be able to acquire an ABLE liquor license.
  • Exhibit a stage personality while serving guests.
  • Possess knowledge of guest services and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend orders, handle cash, and utilize computers.
  • Employee appearance is a critical occupational qualification to maintain the entertainment theme. Uniforms will consist of a costume, and employees must adhere to appearance standards that align with the costume.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to stand and walk during shifts, perform physical tasks, and work in a restaurant/bar/casino setting.
  • Exposure to moderate to high noise levels, smoke, and limited physical risk.
