About the Role

This is a per diem opportunity for a Mammography Technologist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality mammography procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures using state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
  • Operate mammography equipment, adjusting settings to achieve optimal images.
  • Review digital images for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Process paperwork and data entry, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in professional development activities and maintain certifications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in mammography.
  • ARRT certification.
  • Excellent patient communication and technical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
