Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Defense Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for defending clients against workers' compensation claims and providing expert counsel on related matters.
About the Role
- Defend clients against workers' compensation claims, including wrongful termination defense and serious and willful defense;
- Represent clients in employment law matters, including professional athlete injury defense;
- Advise clients on workers' compensation insurance coverage and fraud claims;
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective defense strategies;
- Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations affecting workers' compensation and employment law.
