Position Summary
As a Licensed Respiratory Care Specialist, you will be integral to our healthcare team, delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering various treatment modalities as prescribed by physicians.
- Setting up and monitoring oxygen therapy.
- Collecting and analyzing arterial blood gas samples, reporting findings to the medical team.
- Managing ventilator settings and performing necessary adjustments.
- Conducting EKGs and pulmonary function tests.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (CRT/RRT).
- A current and valid state license.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within the first month of employment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
