Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager to lead our apartment community's operations, supporting the Regional Manager and ensuring compliance with property regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain property compliance and ensure timely recertifications and renewals.
  • Support customer service and leasing standards, reviewing resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid fees.
  • Collect outstanding balances, communicate with residents, and enforce lease agreements to maximize revenue.
  • Respond promptly to resident requests, provide solutions, and direct community activities.
Requirements
  • Tax Credit Experience (HCCP, BOS, or other certifications) and PMIC License required.
  • Outgoing, patient, and friendly with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in computers and property management software, with Microsoft Office expertise.
Compensation and Benefits

$52,000 - $57,000 per year, full benefits including 401k, competitive bonus program, and opportunities for advancement.
