Job Title: Advanced Practice Nurse Leader

The She Recruits, LLC team is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife to join our healthcare team. As a leading provider of women's health services, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care and promoting wellness throughout the pregnancy and childbirth journey.

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated nurse midwife who can provide comprehensive prenatal, labor, and postpartum care to our patients. In this role, you will play a vital part in our team, working closely with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care for pregnant and postpartum women.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide routine prenatal visits, prenatal testing, and education on pregnancy, childbirth, and newborn care.
  • Attend births as the primary provider, providing labor support, monitoring maternal and fetal well-being, and facilitating a safe and empowering birth experience.
  • Provide postpartum care to mothers and newborns, including postpartum visits, breastfeeding support, and newborn care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master's degree in Nursing with certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM).
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Texas.
  • Clinical experience practicing as a Certified Nurse Midwife.

**Benefits:**
  • $125,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • 4.5 clinic days per week.
  • First-call coverage for a minimum of 7 days per month.
  • Sign-on and relocation bonuses available.
