The Clinical Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing patient care in the Emergency Department at Mount Carmel Dublin. This role will involve supervising staff, developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and physicians, and promoting a Culture of Safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct patient care activities in the Emergency Department

Requirements:

  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
  • Minimum of two years' recent and relevant clinical experience required
  • Effective communication skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to plan, organize, and manage patient care, including delegation to and supervision of other members of the patient care team
