We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Trauma ICU team at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
- 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care environment.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
- BSN degree preferred; CCRN certification preferred.
