Key Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care, making nursing assessments and diagnoses, and developing individualized care plans.
- Facilitate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or ability to obtain licensure prior to start.
- 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Current BLS certification, with ACLS preferred and required within 6 months of hire.
HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is a 404-bed tertiary care hospital, accredited by the Joint Commission and a Level II Trauma Center. We are a teaching hospital in collaboration with UCF College of Medicine, providing a range of services, including Emergency Care, Trauma Care, Pediatric ER, and more.
