The ideal candidate will possess the ability to develop age-appropriate activities that foster the intellectual, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual development of young learners. Collaboration with fellow educators is encouraged, and there may be flexibility in scheduling based on the needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exhibit professionalism in maintaining confidentiality, exercising sound judgment, and adhering to appropriate attire.
  • Establish and uphold high standards of behavior within the classroom and throughout the institution.
  • Utilize diverse assessment methods to evaluate and track student progress.
  • Encourage positive interactions and effective communication with all team members, parents, and students.
  • Design and execute engaging lessons aligned with educational standards.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by school administration.
  • Attend to the physical needs of children as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Must be physically capable of performing the duties of an educator for young children.
  • Must agree to undergo a background check and adhere to the Code of Conduct Policy.
  • Must complete required training, either online or in-person, prior to employment.
