Residential Program Director

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement program plans, coordinate staff scheduling, and conduct quality assurance and improvement activities. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have a strong background in human services, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role: As a Residential Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations and program service delivery, including medication administration, coordination of medical appointments, meal planning/preparation, transportation, maintenance, implementation of program plans, data collection/documentation, and site cleanliness. You will also coordinate staff scheduling to ensure consistent service delivery, conduct quality assurance and improvement activities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and licensing requirements, and provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health diagnoses.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates must have at least three years of experience working in a 245D licensed setting, possess a baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health, and have experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities or older adults. The ideal candidate will also possess strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Salary: $25 per hour.
