KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Deliver prompt, precise, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Employ a customer-centric, needs-based evaluation approach to inform clients about insurance alternatives.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to effectively address customer needs while fostering business growth.
  • Manage the uploading of necessary documentation.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives through various channels.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding claims and billing.
  • Collaborate directly with the agent on marketing strategies, community outreach, referral initiatives, and enhancing local visibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong dedication to customer service excellence.
  • Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales representative roles, retail sales, or telemarketing).
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License.
  • Ability to obtain a Life/Health License.
  • Capability to meet mutually established marketing objectives.
  • Interest in promoting products and services tailored to customer needs.
