Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Low Voltage Installation Specialist to join our team at Arrow Electric. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing, programming, and troubleshooting audio and video systems at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Configuration: Install and configure audio and video systems, including cables, equipment, and software.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair issues with audio and video systems, including identifying and resolving technical problems.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all installations meet our high standards for quality and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-end residential AV and automation systems installations and integration.
  • Certifications: CEDIA certifications and manufacturer training certificates a plus.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, including experience with Control4, Crestron, and Lutron systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.
Work Environment

This is a field-based position, requiring frequent travel to customer sites and construction projects. The work environment can be physically demanding, with frequent lifting, bending, and climbing.
