Surgical Technologist Position

The Surgical Technician, under the guidance of the Registered Nurse, is responsible for the care and safety of surgical patients who come under their care. This role requires a high level of technical skill and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the physician with the preparation of and the technical aspects of the role of the scrub person during surgical procedures.
- Perform routine technical and various other duties as required.
- Maintain and update clinical knowledge and skills.
- Participate in relevant continuing education programs.
Requirements
- BLS/ACLS certification.
- Two + years of surgical technology experience.
- High School graduate.
- Surg Tech Certification required.
- DORA is required.
