At Integral Health & Wellness LLC, we are seeking a talented Business Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Business Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the business operations of our organization, including managing administrative staff, coordinating office activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Management:
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and staff.
- Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Staff Supervision:
- Supervise and support administrative staff, including receptionists, clerks, and assistants.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage office budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payroll processes.
- Work with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Office Maintenance:
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, repairs, and maintenance.
- Oversee the management of office equipment and technology, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Human Resources Support:
- Assist with HR functions such as maintaining employee records, managing benefits, and handling employee relations.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Education: AS Degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Knowledge of HR and payroll processes.
- Budgeting and financial management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The standard work hours are 35-40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as necessary.
