About the Role

Sam's Club is looking for a seasoned Retail Team Manager to lead our front-end team in Concord, NH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of associates, and drive sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an hourly wage range of $20.00 to $28.00. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, financial, and paid time off benefits. Our benefits program includes medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k) matching, stock purchase options, and company-paid life insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Implement and maintain effective store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and Loss Prevention.
  3. Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  5. Maintain accurate records, including accounting records, files, and transactions.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 6 months retail experience, including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register).
  • 6 months customer service experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
