Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a RN, you will provide high-quality care to our patients in post-acute care facilities, creating personalized care plans and delivering exceptional treatment and medication administration.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with medical staff and residents to develop and implement effective care plans
- Deliver top-notch treatments and administer medications to each resident
- Review care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff
- Educate residents and family members about best care options
- Set up and monitor medical equipment as needed
- Ensure staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Draw fluids for lab analysis and train and supervise nurses and support staff
- Document medical interventions and histories accurately
- Assist with incident investigations
- Current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
- Strong organizational skills
- Competitive hourly pay range: $38-$68
