Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive organizing campaigns to increase CSEA's membership.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key targets and develop effective strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with union members, leaders, and community stakeholders.
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support organizing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on labor and employment laws to ensure compliance and effectiveness in union campaigns.
- Bachelor's Degree in labor relations or a related field, or three years of experience in union organizing, union building, political, or community organizing.
- Valid New York State driver's license and car for business use.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout New York State.
- Starting salary range: $71,098 - $83,341.
- Excellent benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
