We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to join our team at Atlanta Heart Specialists. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform CT and CTA scans according to established protocols
- Manage CT schedule workflow and ensure efficient use of equipment
- Produce high-quality images for interpretations and reports
- Work with the front office to maximize schedules and patient flow
- Explain and prepare patients for CT exams, including administering contrast materials
- Monitor equipment performance and take appropriate actions to maintain optimal function
- Interface with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Order supplies for the CT department and assist with ACR reaccreditation
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology and registered with the ARRT
- One year minimum experience preferred, with advanced certification in CT a plus
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
- Competitive hourly rate: $40.00 per hour
