Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Adolescent Support Coordinator to become a vital part of our organization. In this position, you will offer assistance to young males aged 12-17 within our specialized program. The ideal candidate will possess a background in working with youth who have encountered significant challenges, including trauma and violence.

The Adolescent Support Coordinator will collaborate closely with senior management to provide high-quality support services and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions. Responsibilities include facilitating program operations, performing evaluations, and guiding clients through their recovery process. A trauma-informed and client-centered methodology is crucial for success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful applicant will have a background in case management, trauma-informed practices, conflict resolution, and youth justice systems. Proficient administrative skills, experience in crisis intervention, and a clinical foundation are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee client intake and evaluations
  • Facilitate group discussions for adolescents
  • Work in partnership with court personnel and external organizations
  • Maintain comprehensive client records and support family engagement
  • Serve as a communication bridge between clients and judicial entities
  • Participate in meetings and liaise with service providers
