The Adolescent Support Coordinator will collaborate closely with senior management to provide high-quality support services and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions. Responsibilities include facilitating program operations, performing evaluations, and guiding clients through their recovery process. A trauma-informed and client-centered methodology is crucial for success in this role.
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful applicant will have a background in case management, trauma-informed practices, conflict resolution, and youth justice systems. Proficient administrative skills, experience in crisis intervention, and a clinical foundation are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee client intake and evaluations
- Facilitate group discussions for adolescents
- Work in partnership with court personnel and external organizations
- Maintain comprehensive client records and support family engagement
- Serve as a communication bridge between clients and judicial entities
- Participate in meetings and liaise with service providers
- Engage in ongoing professional development
EXPECTATIONS

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
