Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution in the U.S.; foreign graduates may apply with a permanent certificate from the Educational Council of Foreign Medical Graduates
- Current medical license to practice in the United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico
- Eligibility for board certification
- Completion of a minimum of one year in an accredited graduate medical education internship
- Successful completion of an orthopedic surgery training program
- Aged between 21 and 42 years (with waivers considered on an individual basis)
- U.S. citizenship
- Permanent residency in the U.S.
