We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic Nurse to join our team at William W Professional Staffi. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in the orthopedic unit, working closely with physicians and orthopedic surgeons to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct patient care in the orthopedic unit, ensuring the highest standards of care and compassion.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluating treatment outcomes and making adjustments as needed.
  • Participate in orthopedic procedures, surgeries, and postoperative care, providing expert nursing support.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and educate patients on orthopedic conditions and treatments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and high-quality outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthopedic nursing, participating in ongoing education and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Specialization or certification in orthopedic nursing preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and understanding of orthopedic conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle orthopedic emergencies.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Knowledge of orthopedic medications, treatments, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in orthopedic nursing or a related field.
  • Experience in assisting with orthopedic surgeries and procedures.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Experience in patient education and counseling.
