This role is situated within a comprehensive wellness and healthcare facility designed for senior residents. The clinic serves a vibrant community that offers a variety of social and recreational activities. Our state-of-the-art facility encompasses full primary care services along with specialized services such as Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, and various other medical specialties.
Our team is equipped with on-site professionals including case managers, care coordinators, and health coaches, all working collaboratively to ensure the highest quality of care. We also have a dedicated team for managing metabolic diseases, which includes specialists in endocrinology and diabetes education.
