Job Summary:

The Logistics Associate is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods within the HOLT Manufacturing facility. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, store, and handle inventory in a safe and efficient manner
  • Prepare products for customer delivery, including kitting and shipping
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years of work-related experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment
  • Prior experience with Material Tracking Systems (MTS) preferred
Working Conditions:

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to 50 pounds. The incumbent must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
