About the Role:
Troy Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our healthcare team as a Unit Manager. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve unit efficiency and resident outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address resident needs and concerns.
  • Monitor and evaluate resident care to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Represent the unit's interests and advocate for resident needs at the organizational level.

Requirements:
  • Current State RN License.
  • 3+ years of long-term care experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of charge nurse experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities.
