  • Evaluate each customer's requirements and propose the most suitable solutions.

  • Establish and nurture customer relationships.

Compensation Structure

$15.75/hour base salary plus unlimited commission. The target compensation is $64,000/year, with the potential for significantly higher earnings based on performance. Top achievers earn well over six figures annually. Additionally, there are opportunities for promotion within your first year, accompanied by corresponding title and hourly pay increases.
