Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Center Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Clarity center. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing approved policies and procedures, managing volunteers and programs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration of the center, including record-keeping, scheduling, and volunteer management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies, physicians, churches, and organizations to promote Clarity's services and support ministries.
  • Provide spiritual leadership, discipleship, and support to volunteers, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Client Services to achieve strategic objectives and ensure the effective delivery of client services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in ministry or a social service field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a helping profession, with management experience or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, public speaking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to provide spiritual leadership and support to volunteers.
Working Conditions

The Center Director will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring adaptability and a willingness to multitask. The successful candidate will be able to maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities.

Performance Standards

The Center Director will be evaluated on their ability to meet performance standards, including providing exceptional client services, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
