Healthcare Provider

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Provider to join our team. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of, and/or in collaboration with, the attending physician.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct medical evaluations, treatments, counseling, and referrals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Evaluate patients, perform physical examinations, and obtain, study, and update medical histories to determine the best course of treatment.
- Administer or order diagnostic tests, such as radiologic and laboratory studies, and accurately interpret test results to develop and implement effective patient management and treatment plans.
- Coordinate and communicate patient care effectively with other healthcare professionals and institutions to meet patient needs.
- Provide high-quality healthcare based on best practice and/or evidence-based medicine, and perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures as appropriate.
- Conduct virtual care services, including live and interactive clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of patients via St. Luke's virtual care platform.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Participate in the research, development, implementation, and tracking of clinical management guidelines.
- Teach multidisciplinary students and physician residents & fellows, ensuring a positive educational environment.
- Demonstrate performance improvement in clinical care/outcomes, customer/service improvement, operational system/process, and safety.
- Utilize electronic medical records, remain current with medical record documentation, and provide documentation that is optimal for billing provided professional services.
- Demonstrate financial responsibility and accountability through the effective and efficient use of resources in daily procedures, processes, and practices.
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Medical Physician Assistant with current license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
- Physician Assistants must also have a current certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
