Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and support.
- Clinical Judgment and Decision Making: Make sound clinical judgments and decisions in an effective and efficient manner, under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.
- Documentation and Communication: Accurately document patient information and communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Medication Management and Administration: Safely administer medications and manage patient medication regimens, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve patient care goals and objectives.
- Current LPN License: Possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for the state in which you practice.
- Education and Experience: One year of prior LPN experience is preferred, but not required.
- Certifications and Training: Maintain current certifications and training requirements, including BLS and PPD or Chest X-Ray.
