Job Title: Sales Associate

At Chico's, we're passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for every customer.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including current sales and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Ensure a visually appealing store environment, adhering to visual directives and maintaining high standards of merchandise presentation and handling.
  • Participate in visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, and visual presentations, to create an engaging and inviting store atmosphere.
  • Support replenishment activities, assist with locate fulfillment, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote a positive and inclusive work environment, and seek opportunities for personal growth and development.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking and standing (67-100% of 8-hour shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66% of 8-hour shift).
