We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Browning Masonic Community. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer-focused medical treatment and personal care services to residents, adhering to Ohio State Health laws and assisted living standards and policies.
- Assign and evaluate the progress of nursing assistants, resident assistants, and universal workers.
- Take and record patients' vital signs, dress wounds, give enemas, and douches as needed.
- Observe patients and report adverse reactions to medication or treatment to the supervisor.
- Administer specified medication, orally or by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, and document in medication administration records.
- Current LPN license from the Ohio Board of Nursing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
