Job Summary

The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Program Supervisor will serve as the clinical lead on client cases, working with the Program Coordinator (BCBA) and Behavior Technician (R/BT) to ensure all treatment plans are progressing towards reaching client-specific goals. This role requires flexibility to work independently with clients while also collaborating with the larger team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Serve as the clinical lead on all cases, working with the Program Coordinator (BCBA) and Behavior Technician (R/BT) to ensure all treatment plans are progressing towards reaching client-specific goals.
  • Treatment: Conduct behavioral, developmental, and functional-based assessments, develop, oversee, and implement client Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs), and perform a range of evidence-based intervention methods to assist in client treatment plans.
  • Client Support: Provide training and on-going support to parents and caregivers, collaborate with colleagues, parents, and schools to share information and implement best practice intervention programs, and promote a high level of professional and ethical standards, following both company standards and BACB guidelines.
  • Administrative Tasks: Collect, maintain, and evaluate data on each client's progress, observe and record client behaviors, communicate effectively with supervisory staff on both client and non-client specific matters, and complete other job-related duties and special assignments as directed.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Certification: Must be a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in good standing with the BACB.
  • Experience: Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and/or families both in clinical settings and in client homes is essential. Specific training/experience in developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
