Job Title: Senior Director of Clinics and Psychiatry

Villa of Hope is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Clinics and Psychiatry to lead the planning and execution of strategy, operations, financial management, compliance, quality of care, and evaluation of outcomes for the outpatient clinics at Villa of Hope, as well as the psychiatry team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for program development, including grant proposals, inter- and intra-agency agreements, new ventures, and department contracts.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security for all client and staff-related materials and/or records.
  • Lead assigned departments/teams in the ongoing development and delivery of best-in-class clinical treatment services through person-centered, evidence-based, and outcome-focused practices.
  • Develop department budgets in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team and lead operations for performance to plan.
  • Maintain a program culture that attracts, develops, maintains, and motivates a diverse group of high-quality staff and volunteers.
Requirements:
  • LCSW required; LMSW with LCSW license obtained within 12 months considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder clinical treatment services (clinic setting preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing clinical supervision.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operational leadership of a behavioral health program.
