Performance Management:

  • Analyzes business performance and implements necessary actions to drive improvement.
  • Collaborates with the store team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Manages payroll and scheduling effectively during operational shifts.
  • Communicates key performance indicators to the team for transparency and accountability.

Customer Engagement:

  • Maintains a strong customer focus on the sales floor at all times.
  • Adheres to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Models exemplary customer service standards and coaches others to achieve success.
  • Partners with the team to uphold a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.

Merchandising Execution:

  • Implements merchandising standards including visual displays and promotional signage.
  • Adjusts merchandising strategies based on sales performance and inventory levels.
  • Collaborates with the Store Manager on promotional planning and product placement.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail management.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent customer engagement abilities.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Physical Requirements

  • Flexible availability required, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
