Job Title: Physical Therapist

At CHI Lisbon, we're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you'll work in our swing bed and outpatient settings to help patients recover from illnesses, injuries, or age-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute treatment plans for patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and therapists.
  • Perform initial patient evaluations and re-evaluations to assess progress.
  • Document all treatments and note any status changes.
  • Tailor treatments to individual patients' needs, thinking creatively and going above and beyond when necessary.
  • Seek new learning opportunities and serve as a resource for others.
  • Provide exceptional care to every patient, consistently striving for the best possible outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT).
  • North Dakota Physical Therapy (PT) License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
